Covid-19 Update and ZOOM classes

Due to the current government restrictions to help limit non essential contact, all lessons are currently on hold
We will be back when we can all get back to normal and things settle down

For the time being i am running online sessions on ZOOM on Tuesday evening at 815pm for 30-40 minutes
These sessions are for all South Pole AKademy students current and old students alike

So if you have ever trained with South Pole AKademy and would like to join in to keep you hand in, stay motivated, and get some physical exercise, as well as saying hi! then please contact us for the sign in details

These sessions are Free for current and old south polers alike and will cover spins, climbs, transitions, linking moves, conditioning and flexibility

If you have a pole at home please join in - i am also looking to do some sessions where a pole is not required - i will post each week if it is pole based or not

ZOOM-ing on the Pole

Last night we did our first pole lesson via ZOOM on line
I am super happy and blessed to have my South Polers log in to get active with me on their poles
We had smiles and laughs.... and pets trying to join in!
Lets keep South Pole going and your fitness and health up during this time of confinement

Keeping things normal and Poling!

We were there... we were poling....

South Pole AKademy classes are running as usual whilst the gym is still open
.
.
It felt great to be doing something normal tbh
.
.
It’s been a very odd and high emotion 5 days - and the vibe around is strange
.
.
But it was good to see the gym being used
.
.
I had 4 of my gorgeous students come to class tonight - each had a pole to themselves and we worked hard!
.
.
Before and after class all equipment was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and we all washed our hands of course (I treated them to the gorgeous @uk_arbonne Shea butter hand soap)
.
.
Awesome class - and as I say, it felt good to my soul and my heart and my mind to be out and exercising and teaching and enjoying
.
.
In this current time it is so important to be looking after ourselves physically and mentally
.
.
So all the while I am fit and healthy and the gym is open we will be there
.
.

Revised 2020 Block dates

A couple of amendments to the dates up to the summer so see below for the block dates

I will issue the dates for the rest later this year

Dates my be subject to change given the latest global COVID-19 situation

But currently the gym is still open and as such classes are running - with extra cleaning

Tuesdays
830-930pm
Helenswood Freedom Leisure

If classes are suspended due to the virus i will be doing a 30-45 min online class via facebook on a tuesday night at the usual class time so that if you have your own pole you can practice with me at home online
