Happy New Year 2014

2014 has arrived! This means the gorgeous Carol is taking over teaching our pole class at Helenswood Freedom leisure as Jenni is fairly large with the baby bump now!

So come along and support her and the South Pole girls on Monday nights 815pm-945pm

Classes are booked as blocks of 4 weeks for a great price of £30

March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

Block 4- (3 week block)
April 7th, 14th, (bank hol 21st no pole) 28th

(Bank hol 5th may no pole)

May 12th, may 19th,(26th bank hol no pole) June 2nd, 9th

Block 7-

Christmas Pole Class 2013

Yes I know we are late as blogging this one… its just been a bit manic!

We had a fun fancy dressed filled Christmas pole class in December…. Everyone made an amazing effort with their costumes and pregnant instructor Jenni even came as a big round Christmas Pudding!

The lovely South Pole students surprised Jenni with a hamper full of baby goodies for her bumps arrival in March as this was her last lesson teaching …. It was unexpected and overwhelming and just absolutely lovely that the girls had gone to so much effort for the surprise!

Pole really does have some amazing lovely beautiful people who come to classes…. So why not come and join us!
