New MONDAY group class!

Super Happy to announce that we are able to add in a MONDAY night group pole class at Helenswood Freedom Leisure

Due to the popularity of class we are adding another night so we can accommodate all the lovely students who wish to learn with us

Thank you to all our students for your support - because without you we couldn't make this happen!

Monday Nights will be as blocks of 4 lessons (just like our established Tuesdays) and the more blocks you come back to the more you learn and grow.

We start Mondays on 3rd October
