It had been a little while since i myself have been blessed with the opportunity to train properly with .... and damn i have missed it
Loved being able to work hard, and if i am honest only a few hours after i could already feel the ache - i have missed that feeling
Maybe the start of some regular training sessions! if im lucky!
I also concentrated on my flexy stretchy for a while too - stretching is so good for the mind and body, improving mobility, posture and general every day movement - its not just great for your pole moves!
