Sunday 26th May i had the lovely privilege of some training time with Mr Ian Matthews
It had been a little while since i myself have been blessed with the opportunity to train properly with someone.... and damn i have missed it
It was great to be around a like minded individual, especially one with the same teaching techniques and theory
Loved being worked hard, and if i am honest only a few hours after i could already feel the ache - i have missed that feeling
Maybe the start of some regular training sessions! if im lucky! :)
I also got my flexy stretchy on for a while too - stretching is so good for the mind and body, improving mobility, posture and general every day movement - its not just great for your pole moves!
