One thing we set to do was climbing, and we have embarked on a journey to learn the art of bouldering - climbing without ropes
We have both fallen in love with it, and this is going to become a regular repertoire to our fitness and fun regimes
and of course years of poling has helped slightly with my arm, core and leg strength, and flexibility for bouldering..... but now its all about learning the techniques!
Its great to try new things, and move your body in new ways.... get out and explore what lights up your soul
