South Pole AKademy would like to introduce Sarah (top photo) as our new pole assistant at Helenswood classes - Sarah has been coming to south pole classes and supporting in pole events for years and she is a fabulous poler! She is also participating in aerial silks and hoop as well as being a talented Belly Dancer
ALSO Carol (botton picture) is returning to assist at our Rye classes! Yay! Carol is our much loved pole instructor who progressed from south pole student, to assistant, and then on to fully qualified pole fitness instructor (she also teaches private pole lessons in Bexhill)
Both Sarah and Carol have years of pole experience and they will be passing this on to you alongside your lead instructor Jenni :)
