Virtual pole class is almost feeling normal!

Three weeks in and it’s feeling like the run of the mill way to be teaching pole

I love how we are adapting to these rather surreal and strange times

Forever grateful for my south polers!

And teaching like this means more of a workout for me... I’ve been aching the day after the day after!!! (But I actually like that!)
