Its May and i have not given you lovely polers any updates since the new year!
We have been busy with group classes at Helenswood Freedom Leisure and also the new for 2022 Private classes
It has been so amazing to be seeing so many new faces coming to class and guiding them on the start of their pole journey - i do love newbies!
And i am so thankful for all my regular and returner students
Every one of you new and existing really make me smile and enable me to do what i love so much - teaching Pole Fitness!
