It is that time of year again and last night was Christmas pole and our last lesson of 2018!
Of course Christmas pole isnt Christmas pole without fancy dress - youve gotta get involved in the festive cheer!
Here are a couple of pics from last nights poling gang - it was a quiet class, but we worked you hard with split flexy training and spinning and inverts to boot!
