After Pole Recovery....

After Pole (or any workout) it is important to refuel your body in a way that will help optimise your fitness efforts and support your muscles

Taking Protein within half an hour of your workout is one of the best ways to do this, and a good quality plant based protein powder is easy for the body to digest and utilise to help repair the muscles used in your workout

Another great way is to take a specially designed after workout drink that again supplies your body with needed amino acids and antioxidants - amino acids to help rebuild and support your muscles, and antioxidants to combat the free radicals released during a workout

I love this Bright Pink 'after workout' drink.... really tastes great and works wonders!

(oh and you can even mix this with your protein to give you a double hit!)

Drop me a message to find out more about protein and nutrition products to help support your fitness and nutrition goals!

I am here to offer advice, guidance, with pure, safe, beneficial Vegan products that work!
