Carol - Instructor
Carol has been pole dancing with South Pole AKademy since 2009. She then become an assistant instructor with South Pole and went on to complete her Level 1 and 3 Pole Fitness instructor certificates.
Pole started for Carol as an evening taster class when she and 7 friends tried a pole class out with Jenni. She found that pole interested her as a fitness form far more than anything else she had ever tried, and she wanted to keep it up as it kept her engaged and didn’t get boring at all!
Carol has participated in many events with South Pole AKademy such as being part of the team showing off the skills of pole at Hastings Independence Day celebrations and the Active Hastings open days. She has also travelled with pole going on international pole retreats in Jamaica, Spain and Budapest. As well as supporting pole competitions such as MPDUK.
Along with Pole Carol is also a kick boxing enthusiast which adds to her fitness ability on the pole.
She is a really friendly, welcoming instructor.
