Its 2023 and we are back at Helenswood freedom leisure for group classes on Monday and Tuesday Nights Will you be joining us?  I cant believe we are at the end of the year already and the festive season is here! This week was our Christmas routine classes Everyone did so well with this - because it was actually a little faster than my brain really thought it was! and i had to end the routine in Sams favourite move of the moment - moon walk to flick and kick reverse garb Great fun, fast paced amazing workout! with even better laughs learning it! It has been a fabulous year at South Pole AKademy and i am so grateful for all of you who have been with me in classes throughout 2022 check out our xmas routine for this year below Merry Christmas to you all xx Its been Halloween fancy dress week at pole class this week Which means its time for a little routine to get the heart rate up and the moves linking together I watched Hocus Pocus 2 the other week and thought it was great... so had to choose a song from that movie! Our October blocks have started with a bang! Monday group class has kicked off, and Tuesdays group class is full I am so grateful for all our South Polers and the commitment and support they show in classes, and for the classes - you guys all make being your instructor such a pleasure! Due to the popularity of class we are adding another night so we can accommodate all the lovely students who wish to learn with us Thank you to all our students for your support - because without you we couldn't make this happen! Monday Nights will be as blocks of 4 lessons (just like our established Tuesdays) and the more blocks you come back to the more you learn and grow. We start Mondays on 3rd October See you there! |
